Hello, The Init method of PdfAcroForm states that the handling of non-embedded helvetica is broken (doc/PdfAcroForm.cpp). However, I gave it a try an got good results on OSX and Linux (see attached patch).

I would like to commit these changes but I'm wondering if someone is aware of a malfunction that still exists and that did not appear in my tests (I don't have a way to test it on windows for example). Thanks Palmer Zent
