Dear Mr. Seichter,
I'm using PdfStreamedDocument to create PDF reports in tabular form using
simple table model. Additionally, there's a header - footer drawn per page
each containing a small logo.
As the count of records goes up, so does the memory usage. On Windows XP
boxes, the PDF generation fails at ~200K records.
I've been trying to reduce memory usage since. I realized there's a vector
for storing pages, stream, font, etc. These got written to the file on
doc.Close() & were then freed. I'm trying to do this, but nothing seems to
work. It's more of a object level design.
Shifting to another PDF library doesn't seem like a good option as PoDoFo
has many features I couldn't observe in any library and mainly, it would
take a lot of time in migration.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Punit.
