Hi, you are on the wrong way. PoDoFo isn't a COM library and doesn't have any tlb. The .tlb cannot be generated from a native C++ (not COM) library The only way to use PoDoFo in a C# assembly is by using P/Invoke. We have planned to release a P/Invoke wrapper for PoDoFo in the next months. We will update you.
