Hi all, I just committed a first version of a /ToUnicode support for Identity-encoded CID fonts. It allows me to successfully locate and measure the boundaries of text strings on PDF documents that use this type of fonts. If some of you needed this feature and have a chance to test it, please contact me with any feedback you may have (especially if I broke something by mistake). I will be available in the next couple weeks to fix this code if needed.
