podofoimpose does not work correctly on PDF files that contain images
with colour profiles embedded. The resulting file does not open in
Ghostview (hangs indefinitely, using full CPU) and is displayed
without the images in evince, which also gives these error messages:
> Syntax Error (639): Bad image parameters
> Syntax Warning: Bad ICCBased color space (stream)
(Repeatedly; the number varies.)

Here is a small test case, consisting of a PDF file created with
Scribus, an imposition plan, and the result of running "podofoimpose
x-3.pdf imposition_result.pdf imposition.plan":
   http://www.chirlu.de/temp/20140223-podofo/x-3.pdf
   http://www.chirlu.de/temp/20140223-podofo/imposition.plan
   http://www.chirlu.de/temp/20140223-podofo/imposition_result.pdf

I tried this with the Debian package (0.9.0), an own build of 0.9.2,
and an own build of the current Subversion checkout. All behaved the
same.
