thanks for the heads-up. I've also not much idea what's going on, but
based on Libor Konečný's comment in the code, he enabled it only for
testing, thus I disabled the code again in r1660 [1]. I do not have a
linearized PDF to test the incremental signature with, whether it'll
work with this change or not. If you have any pointers or test
linearized PDF, then I'll be happy to test it. The last resort would
be to call that function only in case of the document being read as
part of the incremental signing, aka hackish semi-solution.
