Hi Here are a couple of patches:
Patch1 Fixes a problem with a previous patch I sent, that occurs when a PDF contains a mix of xref tables (ISO 32000-1 7.5.4) and XRefStm streams (ISO 32000-1 7.5.8.1) in the Prev chain. This happens if a PDF has been through multiple tools, for example the W-9 PDF on irs.gov. PoDoFo currently assumes that all xrefs sections following an XRefStm are all XRefStms as well (which is not always true).
