please do attach patches here, rather than on random sites which can
remove the patch in the future.

That's a good catch, though rather than changing it to %lli, better to
use PDF_FORMAT_UINT64 define from PdfCompilerCompat.h, to also cover
64bit versus 32bit architectures, not only little/big endians. (Notice
the GetOffset() returns unsigned 64bit integer, not signed.)
Would you mind to test and resend the patch using that define, please?
