Nonetheless, they still break the file name, due to limitations on the backward compatibility, thus you cannot rely on the /F. You can (and should) rely on /UF. If you are willing to extend your patch to behave the same as they do, and write tests for it, then it'll be great. If not, then let me know. By the way, that the file names are shown properly (for eye reading, not necessarily for byte-match) is caused by showing the /UF value in the UI, which makes sense and is no problem with current PoDoFo.
