Yeah, well, hmm, so you followed the instructions, but didn't write
anything about the outcome of it. Simply nothing. How would one know
what failed, when you didn't give any single clue, any error message,
just nothing? Giving fundamental information can speed-up processing
queries, though it's not guaranteed.

P.S.: I do not use Mac, thus I cannot help in reality, but if you
provide error messages then some are common and some can be known to
folks using Mac here, thus can help you.
