Hello, I just tested compilation on ubuntu 16.04. It's not compiling with this error:

error: ‘numeric_limits’ is not a member of ‘std’
if( lFirst >= std::numeric_limits<pdf_int64>::max() - lOff )
The attached patch just include #include <limits> which seems the
correct header where to find std::numeric_limits[1].
