It was more a question of possibility. Had not looked into code that deep. I
now see that rendering is not supported. That's fine, I can do that in another
way.
I built previous and latest version of library but cannot get the image
extractor code to build. I'm getting linker errors that I do not understand the
reason for. Perhaps you know why?
Error LNK2001 unresolved external symbol "public: static class
PoDoFo::PdfName const PoDoFo::PdfName::KeySubtype"
(?KeySubtype@PdfName@PoDoFo@@2V12@B)
Library in general seem to work, but not these static PdfNames.

Hi,
I guess you missed the tools/ directory of the sources, because it contains an
image extractor (kind of common PDF tool, I'd say).
