I've no answer for your query, I'm sorry, I've only a question. While
it looks like there is something wrong with the file, the file is
perfectly fine otherwise and the RecursionGuard "aborted" incorrectly,
right? When you set the s_maxRecursionDepth to large-enough value, will
PoDoFo be able to open the file? Possibly also making the stack larger,
to accommodate the recursion.
