Sorry for the short notice on this one, but Filter as it stands is broken and needs a fix ASAP.
The deprecation for POE::Wheel::Run has been committed to CVS. People with code that uses it should check it out (har) and fix up their code ahead of time. The easiest fix is to replace Filter with StdinFilter, StdoutFilter, and StderrFilter.
