Did you correct the domains in the sample client?  I changed them to
localhost, and they work a lot better.

I'm not familiar with SOAPsh.pl.  The 400 error is a generic
"something's bad" and could be caused by anything.  My ignorance of SOAP
is showing here.

Thank you for the bug report and the alternative source.  Let me know if
the localhost change fixes it for you.
