It's not based on XML::Parser ?

Unfortunately I don't know anything about SOAP - in fact this move to write a 
POE SOAP server is because I'd like to learn about both technologies.

I'm amazed how straight forward it is to write a POE server.

OK, I've decided to use tickets for now. Async DBI will have to wait for 
later. If ever I get into trouble with it, I'm sure there is a solution.
