Previously, a parent session received _child (ARG0 eq "lose") before
the child session received its _stop event. My latest change reverses
this order so the _stop handler's return value can be passed to the
parent session with its _child event.

I expect this change to affect few people (if anyone). It does alter
something deep in the way POE works, though, so the effects may be
subtle and far-reaching. You should probably test cvspoe at your
earliest convenience.
