Image to XML

HI
I am converting the Excel file to XML.I am able to  get the XML when the content of 
the excel is only text.
If the Excel file contain any chart how i will be convertin that chart in to XML.
If any has the code sample or any idea in this field,please pass me it will be of 
great help.
