Thank you, I tried copying and pasting the URL directly in the browser and I can find the file and Open it. If I clicked on a href link the only way for me to access the file is RighClick->save as And I don't get a dialogue box? I was wondering if someone had encountered such problem ? Is there a specific location where we should place the file?

Second, it doesn't look like a POI issue. Did you try copy&pasting the URL directly in the browser?
