Are you also using Excel2000 in German?
'cause I've read the article about some problem with internal
name( Besides a sheet name, there is an "internal name" used for sheet to
link
with office object model. ) in Excel 97.
"Name conflict: Name not allowed to be the same like integrated:
Drucktitel"
This should be something like " The sheet name can not be the same as
internal name"
or something similar.
You might wanna look into the MS KB.

I believe you meant a xls file.
workbook.createSheet
You use this method to create the first sheet. With POI,
can you add another sheet to the workbook? This is what i
would do if i am working with Microsoft VBA.

No thats not the case. im sure they have different names. The
name(drucktitel) is only visible in the excel name field (field were you

insert cells and jump to it). On my Excel Version it is located left
korner
above the sheet in the taskbar. Its a selection field, and one options is
the "drucktitel" and one other the name i have to enter.

Looks like you are naming your second sheet the same name as the first
one. Each sheet must have a different name.
