There are a number of 3rd party tools out there that will convert Powerpoint files to flash. The only one I have used is Presention Pro at http://www.presentationpro.com/products/powerconverter.asp?gclid=CJCOj7bT4IsCFRpIhgodbWunVQ
You can download the free trial and see if you want to spend the $200 US.
