The previous link will allow you to compile the 3D client. Which
is a good way to get started. But it does not help much if you're trying
to compile poker-engine natively under windows.

There were attempts in the past but the tracks were lost. To
keep a trace of these attempts I created a wiki page at:

http://pokersource.info/developers/specifications/poker-engine-win32.html

     http://pokersource.info/developers/specifications/ is a DAV directory
with no user / password set. You can add it as a "network shortcut" or
whatever it is in the windows parlance ;-)

Note that if you're not interested in the poker2d client, you can
skip the C part and only keep the python part. If your goal is to run
the server, that should be enough.

     Enjoy,
