The exact semantics of the currencies is up to the
implementor. The poker server has no knowledge of the conversion
methods between a given currency and something else, it is outside
of its scope.
In the client currency 1 is tagged play money, and currency 2 is
tagged real money. But you have to create a web site that implements
this semantics.
