If you receive a packet with the user cards, you don't need anything
else. From your previous mails, I think you do receive the player cards.

Send PACKET_POKER_LOOK_CARDS to the server and it will be broadcasted
to all other players. That's a neat feature but you have to realize that
any user can block it by tweaking the client or by filtering out the
packet in the protocol. It has no impact on the gameplay, therefore it's
not enforced.
