     Who is "they" ?

     Since you say a user rejoin, I assume the sequence you ask about is
not for this player. It's probably for other players who are sit out.
When a player is sit out, a packet_sit is enough for him to sit back (single
packet).

     When a player is disconnected, it takes about 60 min before the
server removes him from the game. This really is configurable in the
poker.server.xml
