Hello all,

I've noticed that enumSample (enumerate.c line 529) does not
automatically consider pocket and board cards as dead cards. If you
don't manually add the pocket cards to the dead cards stack the monte
carlo algorithm will happily deal them again.

This of course results in slightly different odds and also (for holdem
games at least) to boards with less then 5 cards (if a board card is
dealt again).

Is this the indended behaviour? I find it quite counter intuitive and I
believe there should at least be some note or warning in the sourcecode
perhaps, no? However the code in question is probably a couple of years
old and I seem to be the first to complain, so perhaps it's just me...

Cheers
Ben
