Details:
create a test that exercise the following scenario:
- register two players in a sng2 (userA and userB)
- both players timeout because they don't play their hand
- userA logs out
- userA logs in
- the tourney table is displayed
- userA is sit in (because the user sit in as a side effect of rejoining the
table)
