The license cannot be changed by the projects admin, it needs to go
thru the gna.org admins. I did the necessary to change to GPL v3 or
later because only poker-network is AGPL v3. And also because AGPL v3
is not among the possible choices (only AGPL v1). Could you fill a
support request to have AGPL v3 added to the list of possible licenses ?
