Hi, I updated jpoker-opensocial.xml, to match your implementation:

remove user2id hack, bind restURL to opensocial.pokersource.info
http://upstream.jspoker.pokersource.info/rev/1e1879c963f5

update jpoker Makefile to install jpoker-opensocial.xml with the
package:
http://upstream.jspoker.pokersource.info/rev/fec0acb1d2c7

I tried to remove <script src="http://jspoker.pokersource.info/*.js>
references, by inlining <script>, using:
http://jspoker.pokersource.info/jpoker-gadgetflatten.patch

But I don't think it is the right way to do it since it won't work with
css and images/

Another issue is the hardcoded restURL currently pointing to
http://opensocial.pokersource.info/POKER_REST poker-network server.
