HOLY MASS FOR THE INTENTION OF HEALING On Friday, October 6th, at 7:30 p.m. the Holy Mass will be offered for the intention of healing. Following Mass, the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. God, who is fully present in the Eucharist, wants to heal a person from his afflictions -- both of his body and of his soul. The Sacrament of the Eucharist is the sacrament of healing. In addition, the Church lists the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) and the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick, as healing sacraments. At St. Brother Albert Church, the Masses for the intention of healing are being offered (in Polish) on every First Friday of the month at 7:30 PM. All are invited. The 20th Annual Polonaise Ball, in celebration of the beautiful medieval city of Krakow, the Royal Castle of Wawel and Jagiellonian University. The event will take place on Friday, October 27 in the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. This will be a formal affair, requiring floor length ball gowns for ladies and black or white tie and decorations for gentlemen. The event is by invitation only.
