Do you only have 1 machine as your MX? Do you run Policyd on the same server as your MySQL database? It appears as if Policyd is only allowed to use 1024 concurrent connections, please start Policyd up in DEBUG=3 mode and post the output of the startup. > 1.5k processes max, I have about 5k connections per minute in peaks.
