I read the README and I read the comments in policyd.conf over and over
again, but it still isn't clear to me how to use OPTINOUT and
OPTINOUTALL, at least how it's meant to be used.

OPTINOUT enables the whole mechanism. That is clear. But what happens to
recipients not in the policy table?

I guess that's where OPTINOUTALL comes in but I'm not sure as 0 means
off (?) and 1 means on(?). Does 1, on, mean that I am able to opt in or
out all in one process? Or does it mean that everyone not registered in
policy table will default to opt-in when set to on? or to off?

Unfortunately the examples in the README doesn't fit my need so that's
why I ask I have to rely on the doc and here the doc doesn't make it
clear for me:)

What am I trying to do? I am trying to internally in policyd pick
certain recipient domains that will not be subjected to greylisting. I
want all other recipient domains to be subjected to greylisting. I
however do not want to maintain a list of all my recipient domains in
the policy table.
