changes:
TCP DAEMON:
- Added $BIND_ADDRESS to specify on which address policyd-weight
will listen. Specify only one IP or 'all'. Arguments must be
quoted. Default is '127.0.0.1'.
NOTE
If you use $BIND_ADDRESS = 'all'; (for instance when you want to configure
many physical postfix servers to ask a shared policyd-weight server) you
STILL need to set appropriate firewall rules as there is NO ACL support
within policyd-weight.
