I built an even more experimental win32 binary, with NSI installer package. It's signed and available at http://interloper.org/tmp/polipo/. I used the Makefile.mingw and polipo-mingw.nsi from https://www.torproject.org/svn/trunk/contrib/polipo/. I tested the binary and confirmed it does run reliably. -- Andrew
