Hi, I am using Polipo as web proxy for reducing network latency. I have a set-up that uses two Polipo proxies; Client --> polipo1(windows) --> network delay simulator --> Polipo2 (linux) --> internet
Polipo1 (windows) run on port 11829 Polipo2 (linux) run on port 80. The problem that I am facing is that the Polipo that runs on port other than 80; does not pipeline requests. i.e. Polipo1 does not pipeline any requests whereas Polipo2 does. If I change the Polipo1 to run on port 80 and Polipo2 to run on port 11829; I see that this time Polipo2 does not pipeline any request and Polipo1 does. Does Polipo has any limitation to pipeline on specific ports? I read in Polipo's manual that the default range of allowedPorts is 80-100 and 1024-65535.
