This is very suspicious indeed. The headers sent by git.kernel.org look quite correct to me, and are certainly different from what Ciprian is reporting. Ciprian, I suspect there's a broken intercepting ("transparent") proxy somewhere between you and git.kernel.org. If that's indeed the case, I strongly suggest switching to an ISP with a clue.
