Europe Breaks With Bush Over Iran

 

France, Britain and Germany would be willing to begin talks with Iran even if it has not suspended its nuclear enrichment programme. It is likely Russia and China will join them. Bush's Iran strategy has failed. Unless he plans to attack Iran unilaterally, which will be very costly....
