Ralph Nader, for President 2008 ?

Not just a loon or scapegoat

but rather a much needed thorn

...crg

Ralph Nader is and is going to be blasted now by - " 2000 fall guy looking
dems" who are so full of BS and he will be ridiculed by media which is
enjoying playing American Idol with BHO and Billary...

yet

with all the rhetoric ripping and ranting  ;
and funding, lobbyists, and influence rumors and reporting

Ralph Nader has been around for decades
and
not one successful smear nor any hint of impropriety or payola or sell out.

The dems want to blame him for 2000 but that is just a distraction from the
party's own failure but they conveniently forget
    * money went to Billary's campaign to become a senator of a state she
never lived in
    * * Clinton was wounded from Lewinsky fiasco, near impeachment,
hints of pardons for sale and to billionaires; and he basically sat out the
next two races while hobnobbing with Bush senior with ol' (let them eat cake)
Bab's Bush describing him as another "son"
    * * Supreme Court overstepped its legal bounds but went
unchallenged  by Congress
    * * vote counts were stopped
    * * people went to jail for voter fraud in Ohio but no recount
    * * voter false disqualifications all over went unchallenged

So it is so ignorant to blame an honest man for crookedness by some,
incompetence by others

And god knows Kerry took a dive -- Edwards came out and said every vote will
count, we will count every vote -- and in less than an hour Kerry bails and
concedes; while Edwards gets gut blow with wife's cancer -- which recurs
again when he becomes a wild card this time..

I only fear that the current power brokers have grown so mean now that Nader
is putting his life on the line -- they will try to unseat Kucinich and
Paul... but I feel Nader could be another Welstone

You know he is one of the few independent voices with the courage to
criticize BOTH parties

He was right on
    *   corporate welfare
    *   NAFTA
    *   outsourcing jobs overseas
    *   corporations moving HQ's overseas
    *   the Clinton machine
    * the Bush machine (two peas in the same pod)
    *   faux war on drugs
    * even military over secrecy use - even on UFO secrecy for pity sakes
Nader saved more lives than either McCain Obama or Clinton and protected
more Americans with his one book on the car industry alone.

He is right about need for tax reform and the Fed

He has been right about war for profit and the military industrial complex
all along

He is one of the few Americans like Willie Nelson, and the late Dennis
Weaver who have dared to speak out, and live their own lives, their way, and
not
feared being politically incorrect

It took guts to run again in 2004 and now

At least he is trying to refocus the debate from polls, strategy, and
rhetoric and onto real issues

I am so disgusted with an America that says we are for democracy and
independence but always tries to ridicule the genuine innovators, free
spirits, and
outspoken Americans as crazy, un-American, or loony

Ironically if we had had a Ralph Nader president in 1992
    * we wouldn't have had Lewinsky and near impeachment
    * we wouldn't have had NAFTA
    * we shouldn't have bombed aspirin factory or did useless embargo of
Iraq
    * we shouldn't have made bribe deal with North Korea
    * we shouldn't have let Russian dissolve into chaos and ganster-mob
rule leading to new KGB rake over
    * we wouldn't have allowed unlimited or unchecked immigration
    * we wouldn't have had V chip or clipper chip or echelon
    * we wouldn't have nonstop pension failures allowed to stand
    * we wouldn't have had mass mergers of defense contractors and oil
companies
    * we wouldn't have used DU on the Balkans or Al Queda troops
    * we wouldn't have continued funding Al Queda and Taliban
    * we wouldn't have okayed first contracts with Blackwater
    * we wouldn't have had disaster in Somalia
    * we wouldn't have had failed energy policy and infrastructure decline
    * we wouldn't have Newt Gingrich and the Gang
    * we wouldn't have had the House election gerry mandering of districts
    * we wouldn't have had the supply choking closure of oil refineries
    * we wouldn't have had NO plan for energy independence
    * we wouldn't have been outbid by Chinese for Panama Canal
    * we wouldn't have built costly levies after flood of 92-3 which only
shifted floods elsewhere and "down river"
    * we wouldn't have allowed corporate farms to ruin family farms
    * we wouldn't have allowed open air testing of genetically modified
food grains
    * we wouldn't have allowed mercury in vaccines
    * we wouldn't have had Ruby Ridge
    * we wouldn't have had Waco
    * we wouldn't have had Oklahoma City or WTC without thorough
investigation
    *   we wouldn't have had don't ask don't tell

Ironically if we had had a Nader president in 2000
    * i doubt we would have had false flag 9/11
    *   but if we had
    * it would be investigated, from FBI/CIA failures, to SEC graft, to
thermite and the steel wouldn't have been shipped to China PDQ
    * we wouldn't have had Enron etc. without real changes and real
investigations
    * we wouldn't have the poison food from China without indictments
    * we wouldn't have had ecoli and other FDA recalls gone wild
    * we wouldn't have dangerous lead paint from China
    * we wouldn't have Indians and Chinese doing our taxes
    * we wouldn't have chemtrail weather wars
    * we wouldn't have had Katrina disaster aftermath
    * we wouldn't be outsourcing military to Blackwater and foreign
mercenaries
    * we wouldn't have Blackwater training our domestic police
    * we wouldn't have tasers and cops gone wild
    * we wouldn't have had infrastructure breakdown - electric grid to
bridges
    * we wouldn't have had NO plan for energy independence
    * we wouldn't have the unPatriot Act
    *   we wouldn't have HSD
    * we wouldn't be outsourcing EPA and Parks and FDA inspection to the
inspected
    * we wouldn't be selling our natural & national resources to the most
connected bidders
    * we wouldn't have foreign run ports
    * we wouldn't have revolving door between Congress and Lobbyists
    * we wouldn't have approved torture and abandonment of Geneva
Convention
    * we wouldn't have abandoned the ABA treaty
    * we wouldn't have depleted and demoralized our National Guard
    * we wouldn't have thrown out habeas corpus and spit on the Bill of
Rights
    * we wouldn't be working on NAU without public discussions
    * we wouldn't be using new rules to reclassify once open documents
    * we wouldn't have had a full merger of the mass media
    * we wouldn't have Exec Order 51 or ignored passe comadatis
    * we wouldn't have schools that look like minimum security prisons
    * we wouldn't have schools & Texas governors trying to force dangerous
vaccines

and we wouldn't have a President with hide away in fascist Paraguay or VP
with Dacha in Du Bai

And remember Gore and both Clintons; and all of Bush buddies have become
mega millionaires in that time frame -- they are not complaining ...

.....they have become rich at the trough --

Do you think that is what Ralph Nader would have focused his attention on ?

The fact is, that the pity in Ralph Nader's earlier runs isn't that he was
a spolier
rather

the damn shame is that

Ralph Nader didn't win.
