"When John McCain gets up there with Sarah Palin and says, `We're for
change,' ... what are they talking about?" Obama said Monday, arguing
that they aren't offering different ideas from President Bush and they
are just trying to steal his campaign theme because it seemed to be
working.

Dear readers:

The above is kind of interesting.

I intrepret it as follows:

Senator Obama was so confidence on his

-star power for pulling huge crowds
- huge fund raising capabilities exceeding about $400 million compared
to John McCain's state funding $80 million
-much higher press coverage

Due to this over confidence he didn't even shortlist Sen. Hillary
Clinton.

Now after Governor Palin is picked - the dynamics of this election
itself changed.

The media focus is shifted. Gov. Palin is drawing huge crowds; and
above all, Sen. Obama's core campaign theme is hijacked by McCain
Campaign.

What do you think ?
