Huh... Just tried this myself, and the results were: John McCain - 44.0 Million Sarah Palin - 21.6 Million Barack Obama - 62.8 Million Joe Biden - 5.6 Million Looks to me like Sarah Palin is going up, as Barack Obama is going down.
