PA,

My comment to Keith was basically to concur that you, Mike and a
couple others here are loyal left extremists who are neither
interested in the truth or having honest debating of the issues. Your
'out of control' hate threads of Palin the past couple of weeks prove
this beyond a shadow of a doubt. You know damn well you didn't even
know the woman a couple of weeks ago and your education of her has
come direct from the dailykos, truthout, the nyt, etc., which you know
are as far left bias as Limbaugh is to the right. You have posted the
vilest crap without any concern for its validity. If it slimed Palin,
you posted it. Mike is no better. The article that opened this thread
is a POS that is easily debunked or, at best, proven to be
disingenuous.

As for the 'God' quote, I just listened to it again in full and here
is what she said specific to God and the war;

"Pray for our military men and women, who are striving to do what is
right also for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders
are sending them out on a task that is from God. Thats what we have to
make sure that we are praying for, that there is a plan and that plan
is God's plan."

What you did is extract just the part you wanted so you can twist the
meaning. But let's take the entire statement and break it down to find
it's true meaning;

"Pray for our military men and women, who are striving to do what is
right also for this country, that our leaders, our national leaders
are sending them out on a task that is from God"

Or to net that out further;

"Pray for our military men and women that our national leaders are
sending them out on a task that is from God"

She's not saying this is a task from God, she's saying pray that it's
a task from God. IOW, that would indicate to her we are doing the
right thing. Of course, if you leave off the "Pray for our military
men and women that" the statement can take on an entirely different
meaning. But, of course, she did say those words and you can not leave
them off in order to suit your bias.

Next part;

"Thats what we have to make sure that we are praying for, that there
is a plan and that plan is God's plan."

Here she is saying lets pray that there really is a plan and that it's
God's plan. She is speaking in a church and she is religious, so
praying for divine guidance isn’t unexpected.

No where has she said that what we are doing is what God tasked us to
do. She's saying lets pray we are doing what God wants us to do.

The fact is the accusation is false but you are neither interested in
seeking the truth nor accepting you had something wrong when the truth
is presented to you.
