d.b. If your trying to quote Chesty Puller you've already fucked it up. Chesty would have probably held his right flank firm, had the center fall back and swung to the left flank and enveloped the enemy from it's rear as it pressed his "retreating" center and committed all his reserves. Of course, ol' Chesty DID like his tactics simple, direct and brutal. He just MIGHT have gone for the old "hey diddle-diddle straight up the middle" tactic in a situation such as that. IMHO, of course, i was only a Corporal.
