The Senate Bill 221 document shows all of Palin's vetoes and slashed funding.
You will note that only one Wasilla appropriation was slashed. Other areas, especially schools and social programs, were heavily slashed. She cut WIC spending completely. That's as heinous of an assault on women as is Wasilla charging rape victims for the forensic evidence kits.
