That article sums up the Republican party and its truly fascist/ imperalist world out-look. The vile verbal attacks are a product of their bankrupted policies that they can no longer defend, they are reduced to hurling insults. There is certainly is an amount of inertia in the publics response to the current situation as many are hoping the elections will bring about a change in US foreign policy. I know you are under no such illusions. I certainly hope Obama wins so these illusions will be quickly put to rest, although if McCain wins It will mean there is no real faith in the Democrats and the populace will start to mobilize as the impotency of these organizations becomes all too obvious to ignore, as conditions continue to deteriorate.
