Frank, even taking that "viewpoint" the issue still isn't cut and dry as far
as what was requested - I know there is a figure of $550,000 listed in the
OMB document, but I also found this:

I don't know about you, but this looks to me like a request for $275,000 by
the Alaska Special Olympics....and that's exactly the amount that was
granted by Gov. Palin.
