Gaar, Then let the mother-fucking Congress of the United States declare fucking war against a nation or group of nations and stop dicking around. And the stupid fucking politicians BETTER have a fucking clue as to what happens AFTER the armed forces of enemy countries are defeated and the countires occupied. And , oh yeah, it might be a good idea to some some sort of vauge notion as to who our allies will be and what they will commit to the effort so far as troops, money, political support, etc. etc. You Goddamn right war is hell, it's not some kind of Goddamn slogan for fools to throw around every time they are feeling a little froggy, a bit too fucking macho. You also might keep in mind that Pakistan has nuclear weapons AND appropiate tactical delivery systems.
