Many of those people have already abandoned their houses and gone,
leaving the mortgage holder the new owner who can't sell the property.

Others may be making late payments...and we all know what happens
with late payments...they become more expensive.

Let us not forget how Bush Jr. took pride in the fact that home
ownership was at it's highest levels under his administration; thereby
providing proof that his theory of economics was superior.

But let us us also remember new records; 2.18 million vacant homes,
a decline in home ownership, and a 97% increase in the foreclosure
rate from a year ago.

Google Fight!
Taxes vs. prices:
Taxes - 196 million
Prices - 937 million

Prices of things fa-a-ar outweighs the issue of taxes.
So what we see is a price issue, not an issue of whether
some rich peoples taxes are going to rise or not.
