I predict the Bailout Plan will be the most unread document in the illiterate history of congress.
And as a general principle, what chance does any plan have when the populace is against it. Not to mention the legislators, none of whom would vote in the affirmative without massive political cover. And all that political noise about golden parachutes, well, it doesn't apply to the current bad actors. Even better (worse), it will discourage CEOs and their companies from participating in a plan that limits compensation and encourages indictments.
