This has never happened before in the past. Ever. So why did the Bush adm do it just recently? Becuase those MFers knew there was going to be an economic meltdown and wanted to have soldiers on the street to quell riots. They KNEW it was going to happen and did NOTHING. Just like they did with 9/11.
