Yes vox. A Tax that was supposed to only affect Professional shooters, but also affected Boy Scouts, more than doubling their cost for such things. I guess Sarge thinks it's ok to charge the Boy Scouts such things, because we all know they can afford it and most of these problems are their fault?!?!?!?!?
